From personal experience, if money was no object, which littmann stethoscope would you recommend?

the Littmann classic, lightweight, the master classic, cardiology, the Master Cardiology, the expensive electronic or the soft touch Stethoscope?

1. I spent a lot of time researching this when I started med school. The general consensus is that the Master Cardiology is the finest Littman out there. That said, if you ask most nurses and EMTs, and many doctors, they will tell you that it's 90% about what's between the ears. In other words, once you've trained enough, any decent steth is just fine, such as an ADScope, or a midlevel Harvey or Littman. I've met docs who swore by their dual-tube brand X steths too.
