What is a good brand of neonatal stethoscopes?
I need a good brand (price not a problem) one that is especially good at picking up heart defects ie. murmers and the cheap ones provided from the hospital don't work so well.

- Same brands as adult; Littmann and Welch-Allyn come to mind. Picking up findings is more a function of the user not the steth though. There are only very minor differences between a $50 and a $500 one, mainly in the way of durability, customer support, and aethetics and not quality.
